Chickpea Pizza

I love pizza but it’s so heavy, so I tried to make a pizza with hummus-based crust and it worked!

I N G R E D I E N T S  (pizza crust)
400g chickpeas (drained)
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp Hymalaya salt
2 tbsp extra vierge olive oil
1 tbsp agave syrup
8 tbsp buckwheat flour
2 tbsp filtered water
Fresh peper

 
I N G R E D I E N T S (topping)
Avocado
Red pepper
Carrot
Cherry tomatoes
Spring onions
Cress
Basil
Spinach

Extra vierge olive oil

D I R E C T I O N S
CRUST
Preheat oven to 180°.
In the blender, mix the chickpeas with the dry and the wet ingredients.
Place baking paper on a plate and put the crust dough on top.
With a spoon or fork press it down until you have a round form.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until light brown.

TOPPING
Puree avocado with peper and salt and use as a base for your pizza.
Slice all the veggies and put them on the pizza.
Garnish with herbs or spinach.
Drizzle a bit of extra vierge olive oil on top.
Pinch of salt and peper.
