Seitan lettuce wraps with spicy tahini dressing

These healthy wraps are so easy to make!

I N G R E D I E N T S  (About 10 wraps or enough for 2 persons)

WRAPS
200g minced seitan
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 mango
1 avocado
1/2 Spanish pepper
1 red pepper
1 hand full of peanuts
Himalaya salt
Peper

Nutmeg

DRESSING
4 tbsp tahin
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp agave syrup
Juice of 1 lime

A D D I T I O N A L / G A R N I S H
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Fresh coriander
D I R EC T I O N S
Chop the vegetables and mango and toss mixture. Roast the peanuts in a pan and add them to the wrap-filling.
Bake the minced seitan in a pan with coconut oil. Season with salt, peper and nutmeg as desired.
Add the seitan to the vegetables, mango and nuts. For the dressing mix all the  ingredients in a small bowl.
Peel off the large leaves of the iceberg lettuce and use them as cups to put the filling in.
Fill them and drizzle over the tahin dressing.
Garnish with coriander or extra sesame seeds.
Fold the leave so you have a lettuce wrap, enjoy!
