Spicy red pepper soup

I N G R E D I E N T S (Enough for 5 bowls)
2 red peppers
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 Spanish peper
250 ml rice milk
Pinch of Himalaya salt
Fresh peper


A D D I T I O N A L / G A R N I S H
Basil
Lemon

D I R EC T I O N S
Clean and prepare the vegetables
Heat the coconut oil and cook the onions, garlic and Spanish peper until soft but not colored
Add the red peppers and cook for a couple of minutes
Add water until all the ingredients are covered with water and bring to a boil
Turn down to simmer for 10-15 mins until the vegetables are soft
Add the rice milk and mix the soup
Season with peper and salt and bring to boil
Garnish with basil
