I N G R E D I E N T S (About 4 bowls or enough for 4 persons)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 liter vegetable broth
A bunch of basil
A bunch of watercress (inclusive stalks)
4 hands of baby spinach
D I R E C T I O N S
Heat in a large pot coconut oil and add union and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the cauliflower and cook for about 3 – 5 minutes.
Add vegetable broth, salt and bring to boil.
Let simmer until cauliflower is soft.
Add basil, watercress and baby spinach and let it cook for 3 more minutes.
Blend the soup until soft.
