You can make this desert in less than 5 minutes.
I love to use silken tofu as a replacement for cream.
I N G R E D I E N T S (enough for 4 persons)
150 g dark chocolate with (min 70% cacao or milk chocolate with rice milk)
400 g silken tofu
D I R E C T I O N S
Melt chocolate au bain marie and mix with the silken tofu
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to let set
