8 cherry tomatoes
150 g soaked cashew nuts
100 ml filtered water
1 tbsp Himalaya salt
2 tbsp Extra vierge olive oil

Soak the cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
Peel and chop the avocados.
Drain the cashews after 30 minutes and mix with avocado, water.
Season with Hymalaya salt, peper and extra vierge olive oil.
Wash and spiralize the zucchini.
Par boil the zucchini noodles for 2 minutes in hot water.
Quickly fry the cherry tomatoes for 1 minute.
Stir the noodles and cashew crème and garnish with avocado, Cherry tomatoes and basil.
Finish with some extra vierge olive oil and fresh peper.
