Rainy days call for hot drinks, this steamy matcha latte is my favorite comfort drink!
I love to add any kind of nut butter to make it extra creamy.
I N G R E D I E N T S
300 ml almond milk (any kind of plant milk)
2 tbsp boiled water
1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
1 tbsp coconut blossom nectar
1 tsp green matcha powder

Whisk together the matcha and the water
Heat the almond milk
Add the peanut butter, coconut blossom nectar and green matcha and mix in the blender.
Pour into your biggest mug and enjoy!
