Beetroot Hummus

I N G R E D I E N T S
400 g chickpeas (drained)
200 g cooked beetroots
4 tsp Tahin
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 1/2 lemon
2 tsp beetroot juice
Salt
Peper

N O T E S
Use a bit of beetroot juice (instead of water or chickpea liquid) to make the hummus more creamy. It gives the hummus more colour too!

D I R E C T I O N S
Mix all the ingredients in the blender
Use the beetroot juice instead of water to make the hummus more creamy
Spread on a toast and combine with avocado and beetroot sprouts, prettiest toast ever!
