Choco hummus

Craving for sweet in the morning? This choco hummus is a great alternative for chocolate spread!

I N G R E D I E N T S
400 g chickpeas (cooked and drained)
150 ml plant milk (I used almond milk)
5 dates
2 tbsp raw cacao
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 vanilla bean (you can use vanilla powder as well)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp salt

A D D I T I O N A L / G A R N I S H
Banana
Cacao nibs

Blend all the ingredients in the food processor

G O O D  F O R  Y O U
High amount of protein = healthy skin, blood, bones,..
Good substitute for choco paste
Happy cholesterol
Chickpeas = antioxidants

      It does have that hummus texture but the chickpeas are more just the base. I added vanilla, raw cacao powder, dates and agave to sweeten it up!
