The espresso chia!
This chia seed pudding taste like desert, hallelujah.
It has caffeine, it has protein, it’s the perfect breakfast combination if you ask me!
I N G R E D I E N T S
(About 4 portions)
500 ml coconut milk
3 tbsp agave syrup
5 tbsp chia seeds
2 shots espresso (or about 60 ml strong coffee)
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 vanilla bean
2 tbsp grounded coffee
D I R E C T I O N S
Mix together the coconut milk, agave, C O L D coffee and vanilla in the blender until on high speed until it has thickened.
Add the chia seeds and cacao nibs and whisk together with the coconut milk
Cover and let it set for 30 minutes
Stirr again and let it chill for at least 3 hours or overnight
Garnish with grounded coffee and banana
