RAW beetroot pulp crackers

I N G R E D I E N T S
400g pure beetroot pulp
50g chia seeds
50g sunflower seeds
20g sesame seeds
8 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp water
Black peper
Pinch of salt

N O T E S
Other dried herbs like dill, cumin, tumeric,..
Carrot or broccoli pulp,..

D I R E C T I O N S
Combine all ingredientes in a bowl. Add water if needed, when your ‘mix’ is too crumbly add a couple tablespoons of water and let the seeds absorb it. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Spread the mix onto a baking sheet or non-stick dehydrator sheets, the thinner, the more crisp.
Dehydrate for two hours (I used medium stand (II)), if they’re crispy it’s time to flip them over and dehydrate the others side for another two hour.

Serve with any kind of spread or guac. I mixed avocado with garlic and dill.
