Hibiscus rose lemonade

I N G R E D I E N T S
700 L water
30 ml rose water
10 g hibiscus
3 tbsp maple syrup
Juice of 2 lemons
Fresh mint

D I R E C T I O N S
Bring water to a boil and add dried hibiscus, let it cool completely
Add lemon juice, mint leaves, rose water and maple syrup
Serve cold!

O P T I O N A L (for sparkling lemonade)
Use 100 ml water for the hibiscus tea
Add 600 ml sparkling water once the tea has cooled down
