Matcha tahini power balls

I N G R E D I E N T S
10 Medjool dates (pitted)
100 g raw cashews
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp matcha powder
7 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of salt

D I R E C T I O N S
First pulse the cashews in the foodprocessor
Add the dates, tahini, matcha powder, hemp hearts, chia seeds and salt and pulse until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into balls and refrigerate until firm
